On the 4th March 2010, the Cascade project supported the Moreton Community Centre by organising a day of healthy lifestyles at the Centre showcasing some of the many talents in Wirral. Activites ranged from belly dancing, painting, gardening, cookery, healthy eating as well as some relaxing yoga.
