On the 11th February Cascade organised a Happy Hearts event at the Leasowe Health & Wellbeing Centre,putting on activities such as flower arranging, cookery demonstrations, pottery, belly dancing, songwriting, foodcraft and much more, all of which were demonstrated by volunteers.
