Wirral Bikeathon

Over 1400 riders took part in the Wirral Bikeathon to raise as much money as possible for Leukaemia Research. Bikeathons are cycling events for all the family, giving everyone the opportunity to have a fun day out enjoying some healthy exercise whilst raising money through sponsorship to support the vital work of Leukaemia Research. The Wirral LR Bikeathon is one of 75 Bikeathons taking place throughout the country.

Leukaemia Research depends entirely on donations and monies raised by volunteers to fund research into improving the treatment and finding a cure for leukaemia and other blood disorders such as Hodgkins disease, the myelomas, aplastic anaemia. For more information visit www.wirralbikeathon.org.uk
