This short film captures what Wirral Change is and how it impacts on the lives of its clients. Wirral Change was initially set up as a BRM employment outreach service in June 2005 as a project and has grown in strength ever since. Nine years on, Wirral Change has nine paid staff, seven full time and two part time as well as two volunteers.
