In close association with The Learning Lighthouse and individual schools and students Wirral TV will provide a platform for students and young adults to host their short films on the new Wirraltv.net site. We can host content of any length and so long as it meets the criteria for broadcasting (see terms and conditions) then Wirral TV will gladly showcase and promote new up and coming talent.
