Zoe s story Unfair Dismissal

Every day in Citizens Advice Bureau up and down the country client’s visit with various problems. Many believe there is nothing that can be done to help them out of their situation and some times, there isn’t. But often, there is a solution and by approaching an Advice agency and receiving help, a client can be given the best possible chance to change things. Zoe came to the CAB as her employer had refused to give her holiday pay and had dismissed her at the same time. The CAB helped Zoe receive compensation for her unfair dismissal.
